1. Please place your order after you are 100% confirmed with it.

2. No rush order.

3. No backout buyer.

不接受跑单。

4. No cancellation or refund will be processed unless the item is out of stock.

不接受取消订单或退款除非商品已售罄。

5. Pre-order items will take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive (start counted from the date of closing batch / release date). Delay might be occurred according to Korea site.

预购商品会在2 - 4个星期内抵达（从关闭batch或韩国发货日期开始算起）。根据韩国方有可能会发生延迟发货的情况。

6. EMS is included in the product price hence no second payment needed.

国际邮费已包含在商品标价里。

7. Local Postage is not included in the product price.

本地邮费并不包含在商品标价里。

8. Refunds will proceed if the pre-order items are not successfully ordered.

如预购商品没成功下单将会进行退款。

9. Ready stock items will be shipped within 7 days after payment has been made.

现货会在下单后的7天内寄出。

10. Please take note that slight dent or damage could happen during the shipment from Korea to Malaysia. Refund or exchange of product is unallowed.

请注意，在从韩国运输到马来西亚的路途中可能会发生商品破损或有凹痕的情况。对此要求退款或更换商品事项一律不受理。

11. We will not be liable for your damaged or lost item inside your purchase product (such as missing 1 photocard, dented photocard etc) as we will never unbox our product.

如在商品开封后发现商品里少了某样配置或有受损（例如少了一张小卡，小卡有划痕等等）皆为出厂瑕，一概不受理。
